Hi, I am new here so if anyone can help me when I have questions I would be grateful. I like to use a lot of character decks on Dueling Network. I have about 54 character decks on DN.I do like other anime shows like pokemon, naruto, and dragon ball z. I do not like it when people do not not their card's effects, levels, and rulings.
